I started Ganes Solutions and GoDIEP because I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant, passionate people getting stuck. Drained by outdated systems. Overwhelmed by burn-out. Struggling to stay connected to themselves, to their purpose, to their work. And I thought: it doesn't have to be this way.
