GoDIEP: identifying the glitch
We have digitized the rat race. In a relentless pursuit of optimization, we measure everything: from micro-interactions to the smallest fluctuations in productivity output. But this obsession has created a paradox. While our dashboards shine in vibrant green, the people behind the data are fading into the gray tones of imminent burnout. GoDIEP is a call to action for those who dare to stop running and start looking.
Because work should energize you, not drain you! In this first season, we explore the head-on collision between the relentless pressure to perform and the fundamental human need to be seen and stay energized. A “glitch” in the system isn’t an error; it’s a human signal that we are not programmable. It is time to embrace the glitch.
Meet the eight faces of our first season
Ella: The external consultant
She sees what the sensors miss. While the system tracks clicks and hours, Ella maps the emotional undercurrents. She serves as a mirror for management and does not shy away from tough conversations when she sees the culture showing symptoms of exhaustion.
Ricardo: The senior manager
The driving force behind “more, faster, better.” He pushes his team over the edge until he is left alone on an empty office floor. Ricardo is confronted with the horror of the “real price”: a successful milestone paid for with a 20% spike in sick leave.
Mei-Ling: The operations & strategy expert
A master of logic who discovers that precision without context is a hollow truth. She uses the talent SWOT analysis to rediscover her own analytical strengths, but learns that true operational excellence begins with personal boundaries.
Amani: The team leader
She is caught in the crossfire. On one side, the relentless pressure from the board to hit targets; on the other, the well-being of her team. Her dashboard turns green with a 92% happiness score, but the energy indicators are flashing red. Does she have the courage to ignore the data and address the human cost?
Daniel: The AI software engineer
He is the first to feel the technical and sensory weight of the system. Daniel discovers a “self-destruction loop” in the code: the system rewards overwork with high scores. He must debug his own workflow to find the way back to a healthy ‘flow.’
Jenna: The digital marketeer
She is the heartbeat of the office. In a world of tickets and tasks, Jenna fights to keep the human spark alive.
She refuses to let her creativity be dictated by fear and plans her goals based on energy and gratitude for nature.
Lina: The business analyst
She represents a new generation that no longer accepts the rat race. Lina is the catalyst for a new norm where identity and purpose are not sacrificed for output. She reminds the team that they are humans, not resources.
Elias: The strategic advisor
The visionary who refuses to just nod along. Elias asks the uncomfortable question: “Who are we actually running for?” He discovers that autonomy is the only antidote to a system that burns itself out and chooses a radical recalibration of success.
